Classic European cream cracker with hint a black pepper.  

• A firm platform to support seacuterie, charcuterie, and spreads
• Nice crunch to it and breaks clean.  Superior to a water cracker or butter cracker
• Approximately 2.5" square - fits 3/4 of full Pilchard Walbaum species
