This culture and ancestral way of living is the inspiration for Terra Mare, Limited, since 2017, bringing together a range of knowledgeable producers, capable of doing the best in Portugal and in the World.
Terramare attitude is based on respect for origins, nature, biodiversity and the real cost of work. Seeks to give dignity to each link in the production chain, paying and selling fish, olive oils and other products for fair and balanced values. It seeks that producers may see their work rewarded as well the satisfaction of the customer with the quality and the paid price.
From north to south, it made strong, lasting and honor alliances and partnerships so that together it has the capability to provide the best products and gastronomic experiences with a profissional and quality support .
Following an ancient tradition of over two hundred years, the same founding partner of TERRAMARE company, AntĂłnio Rocha PĂĄris, together with his father (Ataide PĂĄris), started this project in 2001 - twenty four (24) years ago, by launching a top-quality olive oil named after the family estate âCasa de S. Miguelâ. They began packaging olive oil from CASA S MIGUEL family farm with their own brand focused on the production and marketing of premium agricultural products - 100% Pure, from the North-eastern Portugal (Mirandela - TrĂĄs-os-Montes). )Â
The foundational idea on the genesis of this venture was the combination of tradition and genuineness with the most modern production processes. Therefore invested on a modern production line and owns the whole process from harvesting to bottling and distribution.Â
With a pedagogical and differentiated attitude, we were the first in Portugal, to harvest different varieties of olives in order to teach our customers to appreciate olive oils from the same region and different flavors, and similar acidity for different dishes and culinary applications, doing a tasting box and Organic Olive oil too.
In order to make the transport and conservation of olive oil safer and easier, we invested in an original and Vintage image and packaged our olive oils in screen-printed cans of 200 and 500 ml, like in the past.
And with the desire to develop the local economy and increase the supply of top quality products to its customers, we helped neighbors in the region in the development of products for their range. Such as rosemary honey, Wine red Vinegar and organic olive paste black and green.Â
Since creation of Casa S Miguel olive oil, we had over than 200 customers including Gourmet / Delicatessen specialized stores, first rated restaurants and hotels, and other high-profile entities such as:Â

Always looking for the best flavors of Portugal and what best represents Portuguese gastronomy, AntĂłnio Rocha PĂĄris decided to create his own range of fish preserves. In partnership with some Portuguese canning factories, he chose exclusive recipes and defined quality criteria in order to guarantee quality and a differentiated range.
Its image is inspired by the patterns of Portuguese hydraulic mosaics, with the acquisition of exclusive original ink hand drawings with bright colors that characterize the preserves.Â
