They named their oils and company after the house itself. Casa de S. Miguel serves as support for local farmers in the dream of boosting an inland region with a less dense population. Its olive groves extend across the village and the olives come from the field to the vats of its production line, where they rest to ensure the highest conformity and quality of the final product.
